FIC Consultants is committed to the Construction Industry Training Board's training policy and its training requirements registered and Incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of Nigeria (Corporate Affairs Commission) on November 22nd 2006. Registered with the Federal Ministry of Work and Housing in Abuja, Nigeria as Civil Engineering Consulting Firm. Also registered with other governmental organizations such as;

	National Committee on Ecological Problems, The Presidency.
	Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo state.

Planning Policy
FIC Consultants operates a management system based on Microsoft project (planning, engineering and material control activities) software, thus ensuring the effective scheduling of all activities on real time environment giving the required level of control to guarantee the effective management of multiple projects through our facilities.

FIC Consultants has a pool of human, materials and technological resource capable of undertaking any project to meet international standards.
At FIC Consultants, we are committed to manpower development in order to meet up with global industry development in our areas of specialization, through proper employee training from time to time to expose them to new techniques and professional standards.

Our organisation at all levels ensures that a climate of excellence not only in our products and services, but also for our employees, persons affected by our activities, and the environment. We manage our activities to minimise wherever practicable their effect on the environment. In this, we are committed at all levels and within all functions of the organisation to continual improvement. The primary objective FIC management is to provide services in a way which conform to contractual and international requirements. To achieve this objective, it is the company’s policy to establish and maintain an efficient quality assurance programme planned, developed and integrated into various management levels and its functions.

Health and Safety Policy
FIC Consultants has as a policy to maintain a safe and health working environment for its entire employee, whilst the managing director is responsible for the implementation of documented company and safety policy the responsibility is usually delegated to the senior manager and supervisor through a system of documented working instructions.
